Kale Chips

I'd heard kale mentioned several times in whole foods eating, in foods that prevent heart disease and as the top food for micro nutrients so I just had to try my had at Kale chips....   They are so good!  I sprayed them with the Pam Olive Oil spray and baked them in the oven 350 degrees for 9 minutes (keep an eye on them)  sprinkle with salt (optional)  and enjoy!!!

You might notice that a few are missing from the tray...they are even better warm ;)
